Sketch- Nkuree

This is a Drawing i started in my small A6 sketchbook and finished up with a larger A4 version. I may post the progression. This came out of nowhere as i was trying to focus on my dog anatomy for the first time. I'd love to try different poses and look forward to designing an illustrated version.

About the art: This breed of species lives on a small island (right side), with a population of about 8-13. They live for hundreds of years and are the watchers of the west, called the Nkuree's. This drawing took me just over 3 hours. Pencils, 4B, B, 3H, 5H finished off with a Photoshop refinement.

Storyboard- Kitty

This is just a basic storyboard of my character Stich.
This storyboard was originally made for a friend. The storyboard came about from thinking how much i would love to live in a world where animals looked upto people as protectors and not predators. Are we not bounded to gain their trust? Stich is the kindest person you'd ever meet! He wouldn't hurt a snail.

Info about the story board:
Stich is homeless and has a lot of bad luck, but never is unhappy.
This piece of art took me roughly 3/4 hours.
I used Photoshop and its default brushes to make this back in 2010

illustration- Female Power!

These are a few illustrations i made using photoshop.
It was the year of 2013 i studied the female anatomy. Not only because it held beauty, but because it
encapsulated life. If i have learnt anything, it is that females are the real treasures on this earth and therefore need to be treasured (Personally speaking) so i created these and many more pieces of art in the process. It doesn't matter what a single soul says, i know where women stand in my world.

Info about the illustration:
both images took roughly 2 hours on and off.
I used Photoshop Cs5.
The first image (left) was my first attempt of anatomy (bone structure) overlaying, solely for practice.
The second image was designed for my mothers 50th.

Still Life- Pencil drawing

This is a still life pencil drawing.
I'm learning to take as much time needed to complete my drawings aslong as i have the patience to get it done on the day. It's all about ones mindset. If i was an artist i would defiantly be perfecting my still life drawing skills. But that's not to say i do not enjoy drawing!

Info about the drawing:
If i can remember correctly, this took me around 5-6 hours.
I used my whole collection of pencils, from 4H to 4B.
This was drawn for one of my college projects back in 2011
